How to Request a Service ?
The preferred mode of service request is through Itaco Assist mobile app. The app is very user friendly and you have to select the type of service required, location, date & time of service and towing destination if applicable. You will receive notification in the app when the status of the service changes. After assigning the service unit, you will be notified about the estimated time of arrival (ETA). From the Ongoing Services menu in the app, you can see the progress of the service unit to the service location in google map. You have the option to chat with Itaco call center for any service issues.
You can also request the services through Itaco www.itacorsa.com or contacting 24/7 call center. As soon as you request a service you will receive an SMS link to follow up the service.
