ITACO RSA plans cover tasks that can get your car back on the road if you are stranded.
Some of these services include:

  • Minor on site repairs.

Our trained mechanics are equipped to resolve minor mechanical faults at the breakdown location itself.

  • Towing your car in case of breakdown or accident.
    If your vehicle due to breakdown or accident is not repairable on the spot, we can tow it to the nearest workshop or a location of your choice.
  • Unlocking your car if you are locked out.
    In the situation of a key lockout, we will unlock your car using high-end tools.
  • Delivering fuel if you run out of it.
    In case you run out of fuel while driving, we will provide up enough petrol at actual cost to allow you to reach the closest petrol station.
  • Jump-starting your car if your battery is out of power.
    In case of a weak or dead battery, we shall assist you to jump-start your vehicle.
  • Changing a flat tire, including putting on your spare.

We shall have your flat tire replaced with a spare tire on the spot or have the vehicle towed to the garage if non availability of tools/spare tire or more than one flat tire.

  • Vehicle Registration Renewal
    The scope of this service includes the pickup the Eligible Vehicle from Your location for the statutory inspectionat Traffic Department and return of the Eligible Vehicle back to the destination of your choice within the Kingdom of Bahrain.

This service can be requested by towing or by a professional driver.

  • Pick up & Drop Off Service.
    The scope of this service includes the pickup the Eligible Vehicle from Your location for the purpose of regular maintenance, car wash or any other purposes accepted by ITACO.You have to make necessary booking with the service vendor prior to request the service. This service will be a one way service.

This service can be requested by towing or by a professional driver.

ITACO has invested a considerable amount of time and money to offer the simplest tool when it comes to a Service Request. You can request service through website “REQUEST A SERVICE” page or through mobile app as below steps.

  1. Download ITACO ASSIST App
  2. Login and follow “Request Service” steps in the screen to create a service request.
  3. ITACO will assign service provider and share the service details.
  4. Notification with (ETA)Estimated Time of Arrival will be send to you.
  5. You can live monitor the service provider location from the app.
  6. After concluding the service, request will be closed.
  7. Web link will be sent you to rate the quality of the service.

You can cancel an issued Certificate within a maximum of 7 days from the purchase date and the paid fees will be fully refunded, subject to no Service claimed at the time of cancellation request.

After the first 7 days, You cannot cancel the Certificate.

You may cancel Your Service request within 10 minutes from the moment You request the Service either using ITACO Assist mobile app or calling ITACO’s 24/7 Call Center.

Covered Services Cancellation

If more than 10 minutes have elapsed and/or ITACO has already dispatched a Service Provider to assist You (whatever happens first), and even prior to this Service Provider arriving on scene, the Service cancellation will be considered as a done and availed Service and will be deducted from Your Services balance (if applicable).

Pay-Per-Use Services cancellation

If more than 10 minutes have elapsed and/or ITACO has already dispatched a Service Provider to assist You (whatever happens first), and even prior to this Service Provider arriving on scene, cancellation is subject to payment of a non-refundable 10 USD charge.

The service will be considered also as offered and availed, therefore fully payable, for any of the following cancellation and/or instances/reasons:

  • Service Provider is on scene and You cancel the Service for any reason;
  • Service Provider is on scene and You or the authorized person of Your choice are not present and the Service cannot be performed;
  • Service Provider determines You have inaccurately stated the conditions of Your vehicle thus the cost of Service will be higher than initially quoted and You cancel the Service;
  • You are Gone On Arrival (GOA) and/or fail to cancel the Service.

Each plan covers 1 (One) eligible vehicle.

The eligible vehicle is the one designated in the roadside assistance certificate and/or terms & conditions of ITACO RSA plan.

Absolutely! You can purchase as many plans as you wish for different vehicles and/or for the same vehicle.

If you have a valid ITACO RSA plan, you do NOT need to pay anything for the service requested if the requested service is covered and contained in the Schedule of Services and Limits.

You will need to pay for on-demand services that are not covered by ITACO RSA plan, or those services that exceed the amounts contained in the Certificate and/or in the Terms & Conditions of the selected ITACO RSA Plan.

NO. Cover begins 72 hours after purchasing the plan.

The vehicle designated in the Certificate of the Agreement, provided that the vehicle:

  • Is not used for public transport of persons (taxi, etc.) or merchandise, for hire with or without driver.
  • Does not exceed 3,000 kilograms total weight.

For the duration of the cover, services are unlimited unless subject to limitations or exclusions as contained in the Terms & Conditions of ITACO RSA plans.

Benefits of ITACO RSA plans are available to any driver of the eligible vehicle authorized by the Eligible Vehicles’ Owner.
